Crowd flow management and security for major events

Act Global. Think Local.

Parking, gates and road closures are still planned on forecasts. ALL WAYS guides every person with a QR code and measures real flows. Every decision becomes verifiable.

Our vision

The public is the protagonist. Safety is essential.

Planning an event means seeing it as a whole: from the ground and from above, at the gates and in the car parks, on the way in and on the way out. Experience, study and real-time data work together for one result: every person enjoys the event and gets home safely.

AfterReal data to compare the plan with what happened

How it works

One QR code. People know where to go.

And every QR code can be customised: the event's colours, shapes and logo.

It works straight from the phone, with nothing to install. Those who want more can use the QRGo app for iOS and Android, with the pass in their Wallet.

1

Scan

The QR code on the totem, the ticket or the parking pass identifies the area you are in. Not the person.

2

Follow

A walking route to the right gate, or driving directions to the assigned car park with Waze or Google Maps.

3

Measure

Every scan becomes aggregated data by area and by hour: arrivals, departures and route load, in real time.

Data security

Every connection, encrypted.

Visitor app, Staff app, dashboard and Event Map talk to the server only over encrypted channels, from phone or browser.

TLS 1.3 with 256-bit AES encryption

  • Modern protocolsConnections use TLS 1.3 with 256-bit AES encryption. TLS 1.2 is also accepted, while old and weak versions (1.0 and 1.1) are rejected.
  • A new key for every connectionThe key is created for that connection and then deleted. Even if someone stole the server key one day, they could not read traffic recorded before.
  • Always-valid certificateLet's Encrypt certificate with automatic renewal, no interruptions.
  • HTTPS onlyAnyone arriving over http is moved straight to https. The dashboard login cookie travels only over encrypted connections.

GDPRQR codes identify areas, not people. Aggregated data, no name or contact details needed to find your way.

Case studies

Already in the field, at the two toughest events.

Post-event data

The next edition starts from real numbers.

After the event you receive a report on real flows: the basis for the safety plan, for mobility and for sizing gates and staff.

Arrival curvesWhen the public really arrives, area by area.
From car park to gateWhich parking areas feed which entrances.
Travel timesMeasured in the field, not calculated on paper.
Route loadWhere the flow concentrates and where there is spare capacity.

Traffic

We are partners of Google Maps and Waze for Cities.

Road closures, on the maps people actually use. We turn the traffic order into closures published on Waze and Google Maps: drivers are rerouted before they reach the roadblock.

Google MapsGoogle Maps partner: the event's routes, car parks and closures on the most used map.
Since 2024partner of the Waze for Cities programme, which connects authorities and events with the Waze community.
Liveclosures and detours live on the map for the whole event.
